E - Earth - Ground your desk, chair and room with Mother Earth
W - Water - Release the excess emotional energy that creates anxiety at work
Connect with your spirit.. That inner voice. Tune in to her.
Now.. Remember you are at work
Take a piece of paper out and write down everything you need to do today. Get it out of your head and on to a list.
Breathe as you do this. Drink some water too as you open up your awareness to your office and the events of the day that await you.
